An almost syrupy cup. I like this coffee for its intense sweetness and rounded flavor. Luis Alberto owns and runs several coffee farms in Nueva Segovia as well as his own coffee mill in the main city, Ocotal. This lot comes from one of his farms, El Salvador.
Harvested in early 2019. Catuai & Caturra. 1550 – 1800 meters above sea level. Washed. Imported by Atlas Coffee.
