A careful producer & ideal locale created this incredibly balanced, layered, and sweet cup. As is common in Colombia, Raul Hector Trujillo processes his coffee on his 3 hectare farm, El Guayabo, using a small pulping machine before fermenting the coffee and drying it on covered raised beds.
I taste milk chocolate, caramel, hazelnut and pear.
Harvested mid-2018. 2,000 MASL. Mostly Caturra. Washed.
