Cafe del Valle

This is a regional blend from our partners at Primavera. The blend is composed of purchases from small producers in the Jalapa region. The Jalapa region is filled with pine forests, which is fairly unique among coffee growing regions. The cup is delightfully creamy, with a finish reminiscent of german chocolate cake.  

Harvested early 2024. Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai, and Pache varieties.

1600-1700 MASL. Washed. Imported by Primavera Green Coffee.
