China Alta

This coffee is dynamic and yet will disappear in your cup before you’ve noticed if you aren’t paying close attention. Coming from a collection of farmers in the town of China Alta, it is sweet like brown sugar, raisin and apple and left me going for a refill!

Harvested in mid-2022. 1,900 MASL. Washed process. Caturra and Colombia varieties.
