These little tiny beans come from a small receiving station in the municipality of Santa Barbara within Huehuetenango (same station as our other current Guatemalan offering, Cruz Quemada). The station services the region’s coffee growers and separates lots by cup quality. This was a two producer lot that was selected out for its exceptional quality.
Harvested in January to April 2019. Bourbon & Caturra. 1900 - 2100 meters above sea level. Washed. Imported by Red Fox Coffee Merchants.
