San Miguel

This is a blend of three producers with farms on the outskirts of Vereda San Miguel in Colombia's Nariño Department. A brown sugar sweetness is the highlight of this cup, with rounded, mild fruit notes. I taste pear or apple sauce and a soft floral finish.

1,700 - 2,100 MASL. Caturra, Bourbon, Typica varieties. Washed. Imported by Coffee Shrub.
