Arroyo Escalera

Victoria Carrasco farms 2.5 hectares in San Pedro Sochiapam, Oaxaca. Her farm, Arroyo Escalera, is named after a nearby stream with steep, rocky slopes that resemble steps. This is her first harvest managing the farm independently. This lot has hints of apple cider, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
