Banko Taratu

Banko Taratu is a small community in the Gedeb district within Yirgacheffe and this lot from them was double fermented -- meaning the beans were originally fermented in their mucilage for 48 to 72 hours and then again after washing for 12 to 24 hours. In the cup, this lot is full flavored with hints of florals and stone fruit.
