Beto Narvaez Pink Bourbon

This pink bourbon lot from Beto Narvaez was fermented in its cherry for 36 hours, then de-pulped and fermented for another 72 hours. The coffee was then washed in hot water (a thermal shock) and dried. The cup is sweet and vibrant, with hints of orange juice, strawberry, and lime. 

Harvested in Fall 2025. 1,550-1,600 MASL. Pink Bourbon variety. Washed. Imported by Shared Source.
