Illimani

Illimani is a community of approximately 65 families in Caranavi, which is the largest coffee producing region in Bolivia. Despite being not too distant from the Puno region of Peru, coffees from Caranavi have their own distinct and nuanced profile. This lot is comprised of Catuai and Typica and is quite peachy to me. I find the cup to be refreshing like an Arnold Palmer.
