Decaf Atunkaa

This decaf comes from the southwestern region of Antioquia, by way of Siruma Coffee and their decaffeination partner, Descafecol. This EA (Ethyl Acetate) Process decaf is sweet. Spiced chocolate comes to mind.  

Harvested in 2026. 1700 - 1900 MASL. Caturra, Castillo, Colombia, & Bourbon varieties. Washed. EA Process.
