An exciting anaerobic natural from Sumatra! Anaerobic here means that the coffee was fermented without oxygen. At the very tip of my tongue, I taste bright and juicy berries. Somewhere in the middle of the sip, I begin to wonder if I’m drinking a light rosy red wine and still somehow it ends in a hint of chocolate.
