Gisoko Dushime

Cankuzo is the least populated province in Burundi and borders Tanzania to the east. In addition to coffee, peanuts are a major crop in the region. This coffee has the characteristic raisin sweetness that I find dominant in East African coffees, but is quite juicy and somewhat herbal, almost like Panzanella salad.
