Guadalupe Miramar

Guadalupe Miramar is a small community up in the mountains of the Tlaxiaco district in the municipality of Santa Maria Yucuhiti in the Mixteca region. This lot is a community lot from the area, where the producers work together strategically, without the formal governance of a cooperative. Most farms are fairly small and tended to by familial and communal labor. Processing is also done at the farmers' homes. 

The coffee is soft and sweet, with powdered sugar being the first thing that comes to mind for me. Milk chocolate, apricot or hazelnut are other descriptors that come to mind.
