Honorato Aparicio

Honorato was born in 1959. In 2000, he took over management of his family's farm in Yosonicaje. This lot from him is a perfect representation of Oaxacan coffee: rich, soft, with notes of cocoa and cooked fruit. It takes cream well, but is also quite creamy on its own.
