Juliana Quilla

Juliana Quilla’s farm, Quillabamba, is a two-hour walk from the only access road in the region. She farms 1.5 hectares of Bourbon trees in Pacaysuizo. Her processing is meticulous and she treats her wastewater to protect the local environment. The coffee itself is a gem with lots of floral notes and apricot-like sweetness.
