La Cueva

La Cueva is a small community of roughly 200 people located in the Tablon de Gomez municipality. This lot is a blend from producers in the community, the majority of whom farm between 1 and 2 hectares. The community as a whole is committed to ecological protection, preserving parts of their land as forest and taking great care to protect their waterways. 

This coffee is balanced and a perfect daily coffee, with hints of mandarin orange, walnut and brownie. 

Harvested in early 2025. 1,200-1,700 MASL. Castillo and Colombia varieties. Washed.
