Lidia Consuelos Montalvo

Lidia cultivates coffee on her 3.25 hectare farm, "Parahuayniyoc", which is a Quechua word for rainy and humid place. She attributes the quality of her coffee to that climate. This Typica variety lot is superb, with hints of apple and cherry and a lasting finish that makes me think of almond praline.
