Los Guacharos

This coffee is such a gem. It's a community blend from a small group of eight talented producers in Huila. If you recall previous coffees of ours from Jose Uribe Lasso, Viviana Realpe, or Luz Dary Polo, you'll be happy to know they've each contributed to this blend.

I get a boozy lychee note in the aroma, but butter and jam dominate the cup. 

Harvested in late 2023. 1,600-1,800 MASL. Caturra and Colombia varieties. Washed.
