Mafafas

Mafafas is one of the more northern coffee growing towns in Veracruz and the climate is susceptible to strong winds and drastic shifts in temperature. Producers generally manage 3-6 hectares & transport their cherry to a central processing plant for washing. This community blend has hints of melon and dark chocolate.
