Montecristo de Guerrero

This lot comes from smallholder producers in the Montecristo de Guerrero district of Chiapas. As part of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, the producers in this region are enthusiastic about environmental stewardship. 

In the cup, I taste fudge, fuji apple, and root beer.

Imported by Red Fox Coffee Merchants. Bourbon, Typica, Marsellesa varieties. 1,400 -1,550 masl. Harvested in 2024.
