Rene Roblero Galvez

Rene Roblero Galvez produces coffee in the community of San Gregorio, in La Concordia, Chiapas. He farms 2.5 hectares and ferments his coffee for 30 hours before drying it on concrete. The cup is syrupy with a canteloupe acidity and a raisinette finish. 

Imported by Red Fox Coffee Merchants. Bourbon, Marsellesa and Typica varieties. 1,310 masl. Harvested in 2026.
