San Lucas Zoquiapam

San Lucas Zoquiapam is a community in northern Oaxaca, near the border with Puebla. Most producers manage 1 to 2 hectares and process their coffee on site using wooden tanks and raised beds. This lot stood out to us for its vibrant, juicy fruit notes and soft sweet finish. A chocolate covered strawberry came to mind. 

Imported by Red Fox Coffee Merchants. Bourbon, Typica and Mundo Novo varieties. 1,500-1,800 masl. Harvested in 2026.
