Sandalio Hernandez Velasco

Sandalio Henandez Velasco produces the Typica variety in the La Cañada region of Oaxaca's Sierra Norte province. He has his own washing station at his house, where he ferments the coffee in wooden tanks for 10-15 hours, then dries the coffee for 10-15 days on petate mats. I taste plum, cinnamon, and rapsberry.
