San Pedro Yosotatu

This is a community lot from small producers in San Pedro Yosotatu, a community in the Mixteca region. The community is made up of roughly 40 families that sought autonomy from larger organizations. Along with coffee, they sell lumber. This year, this lot has notes of cocoa, prune, and toffee. 

Imported by Red Fox Coffee Merchants. Pluma, Bourbon, and Typica varieties. 1,700 -1,900 masl. Harvested in 2024.
