Sanson Garcia Luna Gesha

This coffee is really special. The cup is dynamic and flavors shift quite a bit as the coffee cools and as the coffee ages. Piña colada, coconut milk, concord grape and brown butter all come to mind. 

Sanson Garcia Luna has been a coffee producer for almost his entire life and meticulously manages his two farms in San Vicente Yogondoy: El Duraznal and a plot in Cerro La Bruja. He practices crop rotation, giving adequate between-harvest rest, food, and care. This Gesha lot from him is just one example of how special Yogondoy is as a growing region.
