Santa Matilde

Finca Santa Matilde is run by Ariz-Herrera family, which has been producing coffee for five generations. This lot has a nice nutty character to it with a soft acidity and full body. I taste macadamias, caramel, and milk chocolate. 

Bourbon varietal. ~1,375 masl. Harvested Spring 2024. Imported by Ally Coffee.
