Santiago Atitlan

This community lot from the Santiago Atitlan region is everything we hope for in a Oaxacan coffee. The cup has a softness reminiscent of vanilla, a gentle spice, and a deep syrupy sweetness. 

Imported by Red Fox Coffee Merchants. Bourbon & Typica varieties. 1,450 - 1,600 masl. Harvested in 2024.
