Tarime AA

This lot from Northern Tanzania is carefully wet-milled from cherries brought in from smallholder farmers in the area. When warm, the cup's sweetness is masked by a lovely savory quality reminiscent of rye bread.  As it cools, the sweetness develops and notes of red apple, tamarind, and brown sugar win out.
