Yaye Chericho

The high altitude in Chericho is to thank for the tiny size of these beans. Cold nights slow ripening and yield smaller cherries with dense, potent beans. The coffee is brilliantly sweet and sparkling, with a liqueur-like finish. I taste pomegranate and elderberry.
