Yosef Yonka

Yosef Yonka farms 2 hectares himself and operates a washing station that he built in 2016. He purchases red cherries from the surrounding community of Abaya Taka, Chire.  This washed lot has a mellower acidity and deep sweetness, but no shortage of complexity. I taste raspberry and chamomile.

Harvested late 2024, early 2025. Heirloom (74/112 & 74/110) Varieties. 1,400 masl. Imported by Primavera Coffee.
